At African Art Agora, we work hard to ensure your handmade African goods arrive safely and on time. Please review our 14-day shipping guidelines below.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Processing times exclude weekends and holidays.

  • During busy periods, processing may extend by 1–2 business days.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time

We offer shipping within the U.S. and internationally.

United States Shipping:

5–14 business days
(Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume seasons.)

International Shipping:

10–21 business days
(Customs may increase delivery time depending on your country.)

Most customers receive their order within 7–14 business days total, including processing.

Tracking Information

  • All orders include a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight

  • Destination

  • Carrier rates

We do not control shipping carrier pricing.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs fees

  • VAT/taxes

  • Any additional charges required by your country

These fees are not included in your order total.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package is handed to the carrier, African Art Agora is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

For delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier first.
We will help where possible, but cannot guarantee replacements.

Incorrect Address Policy

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the address.

Pre-Orders or Handmade Items

Some textile or bead products may require additional processing time.
Any extended timeframes will be noted on the product page.
